Dehumidification
Did you know that if you ran your unit all day in peak summer, it would remove approximately 30 liters of water from air it circulates? It is therefore really important to make sure the drain line on your system is kept clear and able to drain properly.
Our 30-point service procedure has been carefully developed over the many years we have been in business to provide your units with the best possible attention to ensure their continued efficient operation. We tailor make the service schedule we are proposing to best suit the individual demands on your units.
Our service procedure includes careful attention to the following:
- Pressure cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils and casings.
- Scraping down of rust and repainting with rust protective paint (where necessary).
- Cleaning of drain lines and drip trays to clear sludge build up and ensure good flow.
- Check Freon level and top up (if necessary).
- Wash filter and replace (if necessary).
- Cleaning and checking of all electrical and other components of the system.
- Test voltages and compressor amp draw to test efficiency.
- Checking and reporting on percentages of corrosion and oxidization present.
- Test all controls and thermostat and calibrate if necessary.
- Record and test temperature and pressure readings.
- A detailed job card per unit is left with the customer upon completion.
- A report of any other problems we may encounter is sent to customers after completion.
We believe our major service is unmatched and offer our customers great value for money.
